How can our Wellbeing Service help you?
Members of our wellbeing team engage with residents on a day-to-day basis across our three regions, West, East and Yorkshire & Derbyshire. We want to gain an understanding of our residents’ needs and priorities and work with them to focus on their aspirations, and support them on their ‘journey of change’.
We can offer you:
- Support with your physical and mental health and wellbeing.
- Help you engage within the local community and encourage hobbies and interests.
- Develop the skills and knowledge to combat loneliness and remain independent and connected.
- Support through financial difficulties with the support of our Money Advice team.
Our team continue to work with our partner, Equal Arts to set up ‘friends of groups’ at our independent living properties. Once established, the groups are able to make funding bids to enable a range of activities, important to those residents.
