We have an active asset management strategy in place which is designed to set the direction for how we manage each of our homes throughout their lifetime. The aim is to create homes which enhance our residents' lives and ultimately reduce their running costs, creating more affordable and sustainable homes. Developments
This covers the homes where we know we need to rethink the design and layout to ensure they are fit for purpose, providing a home our residents love. At the moment, the focus of this work is transforming our current bedsit properties into modern, flexible, studio living apartments.

This covers our continued social housing investment to ensure your home meets all the latest safety standards, such as new fire doors and those all-important safety compliance checks.
