Measuring Our Performance – Tenant Satisfaction Measures 2023/24

We value our customers’ feedback and use it to deliver positive experiences and accessible services. Our first set of Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) results are now available, combining feedback from Johnnie Johnson Housing and Sanctuary’s other regulated housing services. These views include customers from different tenure types including those who rent with us and those who own their home.

The TSMs, established by the Regulator of Social Housing, offer valuable insights into how we’re performing in key areas that matter to our residents. From repairs and maintenance to safety and customer service, these measures reflect the experiences and feedback from residents across both Johnnie Johnson Housing and Sanctuary Group. We’re using these results to identify areas where we excel and where we need to improve.

Together, Johnnie Johnson Housing and Sanctuary Group are committed to creating better homes and help residents live better for longer.
