Cap your bill with WaterSure
WaterSure is a scheme designed to help certain customers cap their water bill at the price of the average metered bill for the local area. This scheme only applies if your metered water bill is less than this cap.
You may be eligible if:
- You have a water meter or you are waiting for one to be installed.
- You pay an assessed charge because your property is not suitable for a meter reader.
- You are on certain benefits / have high essential use of water.
