A record number of our customers attended our third online resident conference, attracting many new faces to the event.
Around 50 people logged on – an increase in attendance of approximately 50% on our first ever online forum held last year.
Kate McArdell Broome, Head of Customer Operations, who chaired the event, explained: “Taking the event online, and removing the barrier of physical attendance, has opened up the opportunity for a greater number of our customers, who may otherwise have been unable to attend. These events are now reaching a much wider cross-section of our customer base, which has got to be a great thing.”
Colleagues from across the business delivered important updates on key developments including the digital transformation programme, a new strategy for estate services, an update on repairs and maintenance; a review of our enhanced Anti-Social Behaviour policy; among other updates. Residents were also given plenty of opportunities to ask questions or raise any queries or concerns.
If you would like to attend our next online resident conference on 11 May, please register here at www.jjhousing.co.uk/resident-conference and we will send you details nearer the time.
