Our Customer Service Hub is often your first point of contact with Johnnie Johnson Housing. The Hub is located within Head Office and is open each weekday between 8.30am and 5.30pm, with the exception of public holidays.
Our Customer Service Advisors deal with all repairs orders, applications for housing and queries regarding rents, nuisance issues and complaints - either answering an enquiry themselves or quickly referring it on to a colleague elsewhere in the organisation.
We aim to answer all your calls as quickly as possible. Your call will go directly to an advisor (not an automated answering service!) and all calls are recorded for training purposes. We aim to reply to telephone queries on the same day or otherwise at mutually agreed times. Our Customer Adviser will update you where it is not possible for another officer to return your call on the same day.
As the 'voice' of the organisation, our Customer Services Advisers take pride in upholding and promoting our reputation for delivering a first class customer service.
