Tenancy Rules and Responsibilities
We want you to enjoy living in your home and as a customer of ours, you have certain responsibilities as part of your tenancy agreement.
On signing your tenancy agreement, you will be agreeing to a number of tenancy rules and responsibilities, one of which is keeping your home in good order and to report any repairs to us as promptly as possible. Sometimes, we will need to gain access to your home to carry out any repairs or complete an annual gas safety check (if applicable), again this is something you would be expected to do as part of your agreement.
Remembering to pay your rent and any other charges to us on time, is another of your responsibilities, we would have explained to you how to go about setting this up prior to you signing your tenancy agreement. We understand that circumstances can change, and we advise that you notify us as soon as possible if you are not going to be able to pay your rent.
