Who will attend?
The Property Walkabouts are open to all Johnnie Johnson Housing residents. At each walkabout a member of our Neighbourhoods Team will walk around the property with a selected resident and inspect together the quality of the estate services and keep note of any comments and feedback.
Where and when are they?
Our Property Walkabouts are scheduled on multiple dates at every JJH location, depending on the type of the property, so they can be accessible from all our residents who want to be involved in the inspections.
What if a resident is unable to walk around the property?
We want all our residents to be involved in the inspection process. If a resident has health or mobility issues which may make it difficult for them to walk around the property we recommend to speak with your Community Housing Officers and they will keep note of your feedback. Please let us know in the form below if you need to make us aware of any health or mobility concerns which may make it difficult to walk around the property.
