This means all Johnnie Johnson Housing assets, liabilities, properties, tenancies, and colleagues will transfer to Sanctuary Housing Association, making Sanctuary your landlord from 1 February 2025.
The transfer was approved by both our and Sanctuary’s governing bodies following a six-week consultation with Johnnie Johnson Housing residents.
From 1 February 2025 the way our customers contact us and access their services will change.
